We are pleased to announce that the Post-Scarcity Society has brought on two new highly-valued members to our board of directors. David W. Kincannon II has taken on the position of treasurer and will serve a key role in all future marketing and fundraising efforts for the organization. Andrew Trent will be serving as board secretary and will be deeply involved in overseeing the administration of our technological assistance and advocacy programs.....

First Quarter Newsletter
(Cross posted from our mailing list) Hello everyone! As 2018 begins, I wanted to share some news about what we’ve done over the last quarter, and about what we plan to do next. We have been working actively to build out the online infrastructure optimized to support our organization and the international community. Dreamhost has generously donated their services as part of their charitable outreach to the non-profit community. While this is a work in progress we expect to launch our official site at the end of the second quarter of 2018...

2018 Fundraising
All donations to the Post-Scarcity Society enable us to support and research the vision we have to both provide and advocate for technological sustainability. We are currently pursuing many different avenues to effectively raise revenue. We are not limiting to large donors and grants and will also be pursuing the creation of tiered membership levels with all funds going to the realization of our mission. We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a charitable 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit. The Post-Scarcity Society is dedicated to supporting post-scarcity economics through public outreach and the implementation of real-world practical solutions.
